A. Each customer is assigned their own toll-free access number. We ensure accurate billing by recording the Automatic Number Identifier (ANI) of the telephone that originated the call to the toll-free access number (DNIS).

A. TeleDeal Directory Assistance adheres to the industry standard of two listing requests per call. We also do reverse telephone number lookups.
